We now have a new helpdesk for reporting all IT problems. First you need to download the shortcut to your desktop. To do this choose the Staff Common icon on your desktop and double click.
Next locate the IT Helpdesk, right click, select send to and choose desktop. This will put the shortcut on your desktop.
To record a problem double click on the helpdesk icon on your desktop enter your email address and complete the form and send.
